Every Stockout account has one Owner and as many teammates as you need. Assign each person a role — Owner, Admin, User, or Viewer — and they get exactly the access that role allows, enforced on our servers, not just hidden in the app.
Full control. The only role that can delete the team or leave without handing off first. Whoever creates the account starts as Owner.
Everything but deleting the team — manages teammates, locations, devices, and destructive data actions.
Does the day-to-day work — full access to inventory, kits, equipment, and checklists, no admin controls.
Read-only. Can see everything happening across your team's inventory, but can't change anything.

Permissions are enforced server-side, not just hidden in the app — so a Viewer or User can't bypass them by other means. Feature availability (like Analytics or Equipment log) depends on your plan, separately from role.
